Simple Fast-track Process

Your Legacy in Good Hands

How we work

We like to keep things simple. Our 3-call process is straightforward and highly collaborative. We make considerable effort to ensure we have a good understanding of your business and what you want to get out of the process so we can construct an offer that is a true win-win for everyone. And we don't like to drag things out either. Our fast-track approach could get your business sold in just a few weeks, not months.

Our 3-step process

1: DISCOVERY CALL

Submit some basic information and request an initial Discovery Call. The call itself is a relaxed and informal chat between you and one of the Camgenix team where we aim to get to know you and your business. In particular we want to understand what you want and whether we think we can deliver that for you. If there appears to be a good fit, we will move to the valuation stage and we may ask you to provide a few more details on your financials in order for us to do that.

2: VALUATION CALL

Valuation is a tangible determination of the current worth of a business. It is the foundation of any deal process and an accurate valuation is important to protecting the interests of all parties. We usually start by multiplying a standardised measure of profit (SDE or Adjusted EBITDA) by average industry multiples for the size of the business. But we will also take into account other relevant financials, current market data and other less tangible information. You can also present any data for us to consider too. If we conclude that we would like to make an offer, we will set up a call to discuss our findings and agree the valuation.

3: OFFER CALL

Once we have agreed the fair market value of your business, the final step is to make you an offer. We work hard to achieve a win:win for all parties, so you can be confident that any offer will not only be fair but will be structured to help you achieve your specific goals from the exit. Once an offer is accepted, we will issue a formal Letter of Intent and you can usually expect a closing within a matter of weeks. All that remains is for you to look forward to the next exciting chapter of your personal or entrepreneurial journey.
